These terms explain the scope of Montara's information and tools, your account responsibilities, and how to use the service.
The service and its operator
Montara Money is independently managed by an individual based in India. Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@montaramoney.com.
Montara provides financial education, market observations, calculators, and a private money organizer. It does not execute trades, accept deposits, arrange insurance, process loan applications, or provide legal representation.
Information and your decisions
Pages, charts, and calculations are general information. They do not take all of your circumstances into account and do not create an adviser–client, lawyer–client, or broker–client relationship. A disclaimer does not expand what the service is permitted to do.
Check the original source, the relevant date, and local rules before relying on information. Obtain appropriately qualified advice when your circumstances require it. No return, market direction, tax outcome, or suitability of a product is promised.
Data and calculator limitations
A completed market close is different from a current quote. Sources can be delayed, incomplete, revised, or temporarily unavailable. A futures observation is not an exact cash-opening forecast, and a previous price move does not guarantee the next one.
Calculator results depend on the inputs and stated assumptions. Fees, taxes, changing rates, product-specific terms, and real payment dates may change an outcome. Currency selection changes the unit shown; it does not perform an exchange-rate conversion.
Accounts and demonstrations
Provide accurate registration information, keep your credentials secure, and use account controls to manage your information. You are responsible for the records you add and should check imported values. The separate demo contains fictional information and does not save edits.
Do not share credentials, use another person's account, or enter information you do not have permission to use. The current system is not a substitute for records from a bank, insurer, broker, or tax authority. Keep independent copies of important records.
Acceptable use and content rights
Do not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, impersonate another person, evade access controls, or upload malicious or unlawful material. Report a suspected security problem without accessing another person's records.
Montara's original content and branding and third-party market data remain subject to their respective rights. Access to a chart does not grant a commercial data redistribution or model-training license. Follow the cited source's terms for its material; ask before republishing original Montara material beyond what applicable law allows.
External links and commercial material
Links help you inspect sources and relevant services. An external provider controls its own product, terms, availability, and privacy practices. An advertisement is not a personal recommendation from Montara.
Advertising and affiliate relationships are disclosed near the relevant material. We do not operate a loan, insurance, or legal lead-submission service.
Availability, rights, and changes
Features can change or be interrupted. We aim to correct material errors, but do not promise uninterrupted access or error-free financial data. Keep independent financial records and consider more than one source when making decisions.
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Applicable consumer and privacy protections still apply. These terms do not impose a made-up foreign forum or waive your statutory rights.
